There needs to be an attendance policy. Don't show up to X amount of games or fail to transfer your ticket, and bye bye to your ability to purchase season tickets.

Or, go from the reward perspective. Track attendance throughout the year to EVERY game. Then, for any game in which Michigan plays a top 25 ranked team, MSU, or OSU, distribute tickets through a lottery which gives students who have shown up to the most games the best seats.

Did you notice how the seat backs are now maize . . . it gives the impression that they are filled even when not.  On TV, you could not really tell the upper sections were empty.  I'm sure one of our eleven new marketing hires thought of that.
