per Trieu. This is so word. Both defensive ends, again one from Ohio, one from michigan
Pharoh Brown commits
I'm officially freaking out about this whole Moses, 2 x 2, thing.
Ha i believe you mean Noah?
its getting kind of weird now
Not to get biblical, but it was Noah that load animals 2 x 2, not Moses.
Hmm? What? Someone call?
I think they were calling on Noah Spence...but we might not need him now.
for confusing Noah with Moses? The dude's name is Pharaoh!
I really like this commit.
They just keep rolling in. Just like Noah, they come in pairs.
Holy shit! This staff is on a roll! Who is going to be coming with Godin later this week?
He turns out to be like "Pharaoh Woodley"
Does this mean we can still take Wormley If he wants to come? He still seems like the gem of our DE targets.
But the two commits today are both likely to end up at the Craig Roh position. Wormley is headed for the RVB position. He's also one of the most talented players in the region, if not the country. The coaches will make sure there is room for him, I think.
EDIT: I forgot that Brown is 6'6", so I don't know where he'll end up, but I still believe that the coaches will make sure they have room for Wormley. Hoke visited his school almost immediately after being hired.
I don't think Tim has the Pharoh Brown post ready yet!
Today is a great day, I think its time for a beverage to celebrate!!
My post in before the topic is locked !....Damn, it's a great Saturday. !
Why would this thread get locked?
Pharoh, Moses, Noah (per earlier posts)...it's all good and kinda related in a strange way...
I almost feel sorry for Spart.............. naw.
HAHAHAHA. Who am I kidding? Screw Em.
Congrats Pharoah. Go Blue.
So let it be done.
'You will come to me whenever I call you,and I will enjoy that very much. Whether you enjoy it or not is your own affair. But I think you will...'
I want to keep insisting that we can't keep waiting for pairs, but it keeps happening. This is awesome. Congrats Pharoah. Best name so far?
Until Leviticus Payne...
Really weird... thats 5/5 on pair commits. But I'll take it happily!
Full meltdown mode on the RCMB right now. It's quite funny to see some of the Sparties try to rationalize this.
The schadenfreude is overflowing with Cargate and drinking Sparty's milkshake.
I am so pumped.
Hello..... Matt Godin and Chris Wormley next?.....
Hey Magnus, what is our opinion of Pharoh Brown?
I love this commitment. Give Brown 30-40 pounds throughout his career and refine his technique and All-Conference honors are very feasible, maybe more. I am very high on Brown from what limited tape I have seen.
I'm no Bible expert, but yes, I know it was Noah - had Moses on my mind because of Pharaoh , which, by the way, is an incredibly pimp name.
I'm pretty sure this makes the running recruiting tally:
If you look at the players that we have committed which ones both had a Michigan and Michigan State offer.
Ben Braden, AJ Williams, Royce Jenkins-Stone, James Ross, Devin Funchess, Pharoh Brown, Mario Ojemudia....
Not a bad start...Potentially adding Matt Godin on the 12th of May would bump that up to 8-0 in favor of Big Blue.
Fun time right now for sure...Go Blue!
comparing Kentucky to Michigan State?
Michigan isn't Big Blue.
But they signed with Michigan, not Kentucky.
Negged for use of Big Blue
"You are to bring into the class two of all positions, michigan and ohio"
But is there a possibility that we'll have to tell Wormley or Godin no? I can understand overloading at one position (LB), but can we afford to do it with two?
I would imagine they would be more willing to overload with Wormley than Godin. Wormley seems to be the higher ranked player by most sites.
The marketing department needs to come up w something cool featuring this recruiting class...noahs ark theme. With some photoshop and some creativity im sure it cld b pretty sweet.
Brown could be a possible EE guy. Not sure if it is 100 accurate or not.
Hopefully Tom (or someone else) can confirm or deny.
How quickly he went from a good player in OSU fans eyes, and hoping he got offered by the OSU staff, to someone who wasn't worthy of an offer.
