EEEEEEEEEEEEEE
April 27th, 2013 at 11:36 AM ^
I mean, there's no possible way that's bad news, is there?
April 27th, 2013 at 11:37 AM ^
Unless he means after I visit Stanford and decide between Michigan and Stanford.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:40 AM ^
That's kindof what I expect him to do. He was talking about committing after his season with a bunch of guys from his team, so doing it after his Stanford visit would definitely be a lot sooner than he expected.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:01 PM ^
Not unless Dantonio offers him a scholarship....then we would be in trouble.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:38 AM ^
There it is.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:39 AM ^
Buckle up?
April 27th, 2013 at 12:27 PM ^
But drive with caution.
Well said. I'm trying to temper my enthusiam until he commits and signs on NSD. After watching his video, it's becoming very tough to do.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:41 AM ^
Well I expected him to verbal on Monday, so unless he wants to disappoint me, it has to be today or tomorrow.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:03 PM ^
Could I ask why you think he is going to verbal on Monday? I am not doubting you one bit just curious since I have been pretty busy of late and have not followed recruiting as much as usual.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:06 PM ^
Pepper probably won't verbal until after he visits Stanford which will happen in the summer. Originally, Peppers wanted to verbal on NSD, this just means that he'll decide earlier than that.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:48 PM ^
You should doubt me a lot bit

Woodson 2.0
Here is a quick snapshot of some of the very greatest defensive players Mattison has coached: I'm missing quite a few as I only focused on NFL franchise All-pro credentials, but he has obviously had a chance to coach some of the greatest defensive players in the history of football. If you start adding all NFL players and college greats . . . the Mattison list gets much larger.
- Charles Woodson
- Ray Lewis
- Ty Law
- Terrell Suggs
- Ed Reed
- Trevor Pryce
- Haloti Ngata
- Corey Redding
He's got the ability to play on offense and be an electric punt returner like Woodson was. So I think Woodson 2.0 is a better comparison than Ty Law 2.0
Man, I would take a Ty Law 2.0 any day as well. Both Wolverines are certainly worthy of the NFL Hall of Fame.
But your right, if Peppers is being targetted for offense and special teams, that certainly wasn't Law's area of expertise . . . although Ty's three super bowl rings and 53 career NFL interceptioins also got the job done.
I generally thought Jabrill Peppers was going to be used as a Cornerback, but that 10.77 second NJ 100-meter dash record and his highlight tape certainly makes you wonder.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:18 PM ^
I was at michigan with welborne, law then woodson. And i gotta say the best cornerback of the three was ty law.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:44 AM ^
Why are you crediting TomVH and Tremendous when the kid said it hismelf?
April 27th, 2013 at 11:49 AM ^
And I'm not a creep that follows recruits or players
April 27th, 2013 at 12:07 PM ^
But in the future, no one will care if you follow him on Twitter or not, just say Peppers says he may verbal sooner or later.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:07 PM ^
That man has held me through some of my toughest times!
April 27th, 2013 at 11:45 AM ^
Peppers, come on down!
April 27th, 2013 at 11:48 AM ^
I'm laughing like a little girl after hearing this news. Is this normal?
April 27th, 2013 at 12:03 PM ^
No, please never say that again. Unless you are in fact a little girl.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:49 AM ^
I watch this kid's highlights and I see a guy who's probably gonna wear number 2. Kid looks truly elite
April 27th, 2013 at 11:49 AM ^
Really? Well...good news.
April 27th, 2013 at 11:59 AM ^
I may spend all summer trying to do this.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:11 PM ^
but I don't have tattoos or long hair so I can't possibly look as cool..
April 27th, 2013 at 11:50 AM ^
Peppers actually said that himself, Tom VH is just reposting pepper's orignal tweet. So....that's even better!!
April 27th, 2013 at 11:57 AM ^
Yes, but when? WHEN? My refresh button can't last through July.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:06 PM ^
Woah what happen to all your points?
April 27th, 2013 at 12:08 PM ^
This isn't the first time he's been sent to Bolivia. He has a tendency to make really dumb comments.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:19 PM ^
Apparently making fun of feminists is over the line.
Which makes me lol because people were making rape jokes in the same thread but making fun of feminists is what gets someone Bolivia'd.
It was just a matter of time before I got sent back there. I'll join the other 5 guys that were sent there the past 2 weeks.
I'm taking a break from posting for awhile.
Bon Voyage!
April 27th, 2013 at 12:28 PM ^
I thought they sent you there for quoting The Rock?
April 27th, 2013 at 12:40 PM ^
or for not funny gifs
April 27th, 2013 at 12:15 PM ^
Judging from his past tweets, it looks like Michigan is in the driver's seat. he was definitatly watching the tournament, so the basketball team's success helped football! i just hope this is a michigan-lean tweet and not a "I'll decide between stanford and Michigan" tweet.
You are freaking out...
...man...
April 27th, 2013 at 12:27 PM ^
Hand me a Bushel of Peppers.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:29 PM ^
Hoke can't recruit
Hoke recruits?
April 27th, 2013 at 12:31 PM ^
We need some context for this tweet. This could just mean that he's going to decide after his visit to Stanford, which we've known for a couple of weeks.
April 27th, 2013 at 12:57 PM ^
You are correct; he's apparently vacillating on the previously firm decision to have a post season commit party. Stanford visit is still on in July - coach has an engagement in the area that he *won't* miss - so unless Stanford blows his footies off, he's strongly considering ending it relatively shortly thereafter.
