TCU is going to make the playoff expand sooner rather than later with games like this, hard to argue with them after this beatdown. They were one of the Top4 teams in the country this year regardless.

The SEC is garbage. I think with the hiring of Harbaugh, the SEC era of dominance is now over. Both Mississippi teams turned out to be straight garbage this year, and once again Alabama is the only elite SEC team.

The fuck was that? Does Boykin already have a Gatorade endorsement deal secretly? Since when do they bring you a regular bottle of Gatorade to you right as you get off the field instead of squirting it in your mouth with a bottle? Looked like a home run derby Gatorade handoff.

Patterson is a great coach.

Also those are all his players. Different than Harbaugh coming into a bunch of players he did not choose.

Also Boykin was a dual threat QB in his 3rd year this year - he was ready to go but was stuckin a conservative offense in 2013. Patterson demoted hisOC and put in two Air Raid guys and the offense exploded.  We dont have that type of QB-it matters.  Boykin is what Devin should have been this year -sigh.

I just got home and turned on the game - man is that an ass-kicking by TCU.

BTW, shows lots of balls to kick a FG down 42 in the 4th.  I know you don't want to be shut out, but come on, play with some pride that close to the goal.

They s'posed to be SEC! All this tells me is the playoffs won't be any different than thr BCS in terms of letting smaller teams in because of TV ratings. TCU dropping to #6 is a joke.

I was a big fan of TCU (yes over Baylor despite the head to head loss) over OSU

OSU has 2 quality wins.  And Wisconsn and MSU did not beat a single ranked team I believe so how legit they are is open for debate.  (if Minn finished ranked than Wiscy beat Minn but that's 1 victory over a ranked team)

You can make a case Minn was the 4th best team in the Big 10 this year. TCU beat them 30-7.  THe 7 was in garbage time at the end of the game.

TCU lost to top 5 Baylor. OSU lost to VA Tech.

The garbage from Long about how many bowl teams OSU beat is just that - garbage.Illinois was in a bowl fergodsakes.

All that said I did not expect this type of domination... but love it. I think TCU is really no different than Oregon this year -both have good not great D, both have a dynamic QB and a great offense.

Its's a real shame but TCU might be ranked #1 or #2 to begin 2015...they bring back the entire offense.  Gary Patterson is a boss.

Wow. Just wow. I still believe the committee made the right choice by including OSU (sorry Big XII, have a title game next time), but holy crap, TCU making a strong statement for why leaving them out of the final four was a mistake.
