The Mike Cox's and Fitz Toussaint's of the world are undeniable proof of the previous staff's inability to develop talent. The guy was a good recruit turned below average big ten back here, and now he's on an NFL roster. Crazy.

Nothing against Fred Jackson, but I would by very upset if he is kept on as RB coach.

Mattison might be the only coach worth retaining......maybe.  It's hard not to like the guy, but I was never impressed with second half adjustments.

Good for Fitz!

In Fitz' case, he got screwed by the staff's meatheaded insistence on forcing the team to transition to a pro-style offense ill-suited for the personnel. In Hoke's first year in 2011, Fitz absolutely killed it in the rickety transition year spread-to-run scheme with Denard.

It's great to see Fitz get a shot at starting with the Ravens - I always thought he might be able to find a role for himself in the NFL, even if not as an every down sort of back, but I may tune into this one just to see him play potentially. I know we used the "poor damn" prefix a lot on this board because the line in front of him just couldn't create holes consistently, but it is always nice to see Wolverines get playing time.

Can't wait to see what the new coaching staff will do with the talent we have.  The potential on offense is huge, especially once the O-line gets squared away.
