43 yard fg?  This is no gimmee.  To run backwards and kick on third down is absurd unless your kicker is an NFL star is inexplicable. And Walsh is not.

This is what Georgia should have been doing on the last State drive.  They should have been blitzing and zoning behind the blitz.  They played prevent and forced the game to overtime.

Hats off to Sparty - they have done a lot with very little (save for their linebackers who are high star recruits).  My hate for them declines when it is SEC vs Big Ten and I want the Big Ten to win.

More importantly I am really impressed by Narduzzi. All his Nard Dog and goon tactics aside, he coaches an extremely physical brand of defense.

They ran backwards and kicked on third down to set up a very long field goal with a mediocre kicker.  That playcalling deserved a miss.
