Our Mini Cooper has wings!
My wife and I were driving through Ann Arbor the other day for a visit and spotted this beauty parked in the lot of the car dealership off Jackson Ave.
Could you? Would you? The wife said she would drive this baby in a heartbeat.

Curious, does Magnus get one when he hits one million points?

Magnus is on vacation right now.. could he be in Ann Arbor already with it?

I would love to do that with a car. I think a Dodge Charger would have a nice shape for such things. ...Not that I have any money.
I've wondered, though... is the helmet design copywrited in some way? Could the university sue someone for using the design?
The helmet design is copyrighted. HOWEVA I'm not sure if it's a problem if you're not doing it for profit... otherwise I've violated that with countless HotWheels (FYI doesn't look so good on a vette).

The winged helmet logo (the one thats on the wall of the new club in the renovations) is copyrighted as well as the Wings on the Michigan Helmet. However if the wing design is slightly different (take the Deleware helmet, or several high school teams) and it is not copyrighted.
Im sure that car is fine how it is.

I think I am in love with your wife.

As someone who is 6'6" I don't know if I could fit in a Mini. Then again, I drive a '95 Geo Prizm now, so it can't be any smaller than that, right? Sign me up!
I'm 6'1" and on our 2nd Mini Cooper. Minis have a ton of front head and leg room, more than most bigger cars do. The back seat, not so much.
Unfortunately neither of the ones I've owned look like this.

Penn, from Penn & Teller has 2-3 Mini-Coopers and he is 6'6" and 340 lbs. Not stalking him or anything, but he did mention it on an episode of Bullshit.
Just never drive it down to Columbus
Driving that car around town would be awesome!
The only problem I might have is choosing which stick to shift, if you know what I mean.
Beautiful.
there was an "old school" VW Bug done up like that tooling around Ann Arbor. Would have given my right arm for it.
Wouldn't it be even better if the horn played the "Hail To The Victors Valiant" part of The Victors.
That is pretty badass. There are a couple of minis around here that have a similar buckeye motif (and at least one New Beetle).

covered with marijuana leaf emblems would get pulled over regularly?

but a car with a Spartan logo might as well just drive to jail and save the cops some time and effort. Ski masks on the hood earn double time.
