OU tickets

I think I heard a little rumor about them selling tickets at the door for tomorrow's game for like 5 bucks? Any truth? Thanks!

ah. that must be where i heard the rumor. well, they said that the event is no longer on sale.
anyone know/want to conjecture whether they will be sold at the door?

Sorry, I was just coming back to edit the comment to say the same thing. I don't know about walk up tickets. I'm sure upper bowl tickets will be available at the door, but I don't know the cost.

Doesn't change the fact that Oakland is a good team and will be a tough test for our boys tomorrow.

Oakland got blown out by WVU and Purdue. They lost to Wright State. Squeaked by Austin Peay. Illini game is hard to draw conclusion because they played with women's ball for the first 7 minutes of the game (when it was discovered, Illini dominated after that). Oakland is 6-5 and has one impressive win which is Tennessee.
Oakland is a solid team but is overrated by their recent win against Tennessee and a close game against MSU who is struggling(relatively to the recent MSU teams).
Tenn win will help Michigan because they will focus on beating Oakland and take them seriously. Michigan wins by 10.

I hope you are right about Oakland. Maybe that win over Tennessee will keep teams like Michigan from looking past them. If Michigan takes them seriously from the opening tipoff, it may be a different dynamic than what they are used to from major conference teams.

Oakland's bad losses were at the start of the year. They have appeared to have made some adjustments since then. Overlooking them is foolish.

Hard to imagine some walkup wont be available. It's been pretty empty so far this season, and the alumni band was already playing at the NC Central game - a sure sign that the students had already begun to trickle out of town.

I thought this was something to do with the fact that Oklahoma still has a ton of tickets to left for the Fiesta Bowl.
I guess that would have been preceeded with an OT for off topic.
