The last time he picked us to lose in the Elite Eight, we went to the national title game. Thanks Obama.

No, really.

Although I'd still be happy with an Elite Eight.

Oh right. I always forget about Florida, the team that was stacked with seniors who were supposed to be able to topple the Fresh Five.

Then Michigan goes out and destroys them in the Elite Eight.

It was 2008 - I was thinking the same thing you were and decided to look it up. #1 seeds that year were UNC, Memphis, Kansas and UCLA.

2011 was the crazy year that obliterated so many brackets, of course - 3,4,8 and 11 (UConn, Kentucky, Butler and VCU). That was similat to 2006, when George Mason made that nice run as an #11.

Bacari was on the local news recently, and he picked M losing to Kansas, too. I think he ended up putting a question mark on the matchup, though.

President Obama had only one true upset pick in the 1st round: Bucknell over West Virginia. West Virginia also has one of the lowest approval ratings for Obama. Coincidence? I hope not as that would be some solid shade.

Did you actually read the article I linked? Clearly not. That's great that he picked us to go far one year. That doesn't change the fact that he's been terrible overall. Not sure why you're negging, unless you think I actually believe his pick will change how we do or you think I was making some kind of political statement, both of which deserve an "lmao." I'm sorry you took my joking comment too seriously?
