I agree with the OP: this is my ultimate job in 5-10 years. I love the hockey program. I'm trying to get into broadcasting, and/or media relations.
I've spoken to Matt Trevor about working within the AD in online interactions a few times. Seemed to genuinely want to help me.
.....just a bit underqualified per the listing, and the engineering design and software experience won't even count towards anything here, but what the hell, eh?
