OT: Xbox 360 NHL
anyone playing NHL on the 360 that is looking for another player or looking for a team? i love to play this game but it's sporadic that other members of the team are on. i'm looking for some guys to play hockey with that don't take it to seriously, i'm not bad but i'm not what you'd call great either. xbox gamer tag is fleetwood1104, feel free to add me.

Today is only the second time I've played this game, inspired by the big game on tonight :) I'm not that bad actually. Not a fan of how, when I'm playing 5 minute periods, the computer plays full games so their individual starts are way better than mine. Shouldn't they have fixed this "glitch" years ago?

You'll still dominate the season in points after you learn the game better. I had something like 167 goals in a season as a rookie. The EASHL or whatever it is called is the best part of the game, create your own player and only play that guy(basically online be a pro). You get XP as you get ranked higher with your cards(rookie, vet, pro, superstar, legend). I play on a club and the game is really fun when you have other people who know how to play hockey and move the puck around. Attimackenzi is my gamertag if any of y'all want to get down sometime.

I played the create your own player mode where you play with just your guy and it got really boring for me, not sure why though. I'm enjoying just regular season mode right now, cruising through games. I suppose I could score more while playing 5 minute periods, just 4 games in so far in this mode on "pro." I like the precision of the game though, it's the first real NHL game I've played in probably 5 years.

Have you done the online mode for that, where you play other users? It is a lot better to me, the computers are so good about position and what not, when you play users it's a lot easier. Especially if it is a 5 on 5 or 6 on 6.

I love the Be a GM mode because one of my favorite part of sports games is handling all the contracts, trades, etc. Only played a little bit online, but I've always wanted to get on an EASHL team and give that a whirl.

I love the be a pro game mode. I play as a goalie and it is very fun but is also pretty hard. A downside is that i always feel like it is my fault when they score.
My favorite xbox game by far. I play too much ahaha. Got win 100 the other day !

Except we can all play against/with each other, while you're stuck playing CPU's. Yea PSNetwork, wooooo!! Just messing with you, I know it has to suck to have no online playing capability right now. I read they are supposed to have it back up any day now though and they are giving a free month of ps plus or something like that.
