OT - WVU Game
For a football game? Your post is vague, and for a while I assumed you meant the UM-WVU basketball game.
It will be a football game.

Welcome to Pittsburgh!
Haven't made it to a game in Morgantown, so I have nothing else to add.
I'll leave this one up for a while since its a Friday and since I'm a former Pittsburgher.
Pro tip: Make sure you wear either camoflauge or a bright orange hunting jacket. Do so and you'll fit right in! (Not joking)

bring a couch and several torches.
It's been a lot. Its been a roller coaster that for some reason seemed like it would never get good. But you know what? We kept fighting. It's like that old saying goes, "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions." -David Molk
I believe they are sister cities (not to be confused with Morgantown's brother/husband city).
They don't condone marrying one's sibling in WV. That's actually frowned upon. First cousins, however, is a different story altogether . . .

Frowned upon? So is breaking the law, doesn't mean there aren't a lot of poeple doin' it.
Its in the WV moral code. No marrying siblings. Interestingly, from what I've seen on the drive through (on US-19, in particular), it appears as though flying the Dixie Flag is in fact allowed under that same moral code.

You joke, but cousin marriage is legal in oh-so-civilized New York and California, but illegal in West Virgina.

Hmm, well the rest of us must have it all wrong then, since New York and LA are the epicenters of cultural progress.
Here's my opinion: Places like NY and CA don't need laws against it, because no one wants to do it. WV, OTOH, needs the legislature to get involved for a reason.
So what are you saying about Michigan?

It occurs within some ethnic/religious groups in NY with some frequency. I remember that no one cared when Rudy Giuliani revealed that he married his second cousin.
Never been to any other D1 college game, save for Umich away games. I will dress accordingly and bring fire resistant clothing. Word is they serve booze at the stadium.. This worries me.

Attended the WVU-Pitt game there about ten years ago and sat in the Pitt section. The WVU fans were downright hostile, to the point we were actually a little concerned for the women and children in the section. In other words, I hope you are going as either a WVU supporter or neutral. One other thing: they do a really annoying first down thing like Purdue does. It's annoying.

going on between UM and WVU over the past few years that may prove to be an equally unwise decision. I've heard horror stories about the behavior of the WVU student section...some of it encroaches on "Mexican soccer fans welcoming the USMNT to El Azteca Stadium"-level bad.
But I have driven through Motown (yes, they actually call it that) on a road trip to Pittsburgh some twenty years ago, and I remember it then being a nice college town. WV is also one of the most overweight states in the US, so chances are good you'll find plenty of food that tastes really good, but is also monumentally unhealthy for you.
Although I have not been to a WVU game before admittedly, if it is still on Wall Street, there is a place called Maxwell's, which essentially a deli but it also serves salads and some entrees. The thing I remember about it is that you can create your own sandwich from the ground up and they'll build it for you. Also, the reuben wasn't bad either.
For kicks, take a ride on the Morgantown PRT, if it is operating (it isn't a full-time service) - it is one of the few operating rapid transit systems of its type (personal rapid transit - the cars seat only eight, if I recall).

Overall the atmosphere during game days is very enjoyable and friendly. They're very passionate about their mountaineers. . You should find it enjoyable. Parking might be your biggest headache unless you already have a spot. If you have any questions let me know. I'll try to answer best I can.
Tailgate is in the premium blue lot.. Where can i park close to their for a reasonable price?

My recollection is that the question isn't where you can find it at a reasonable price, but where you can find it at all. I don't remember there being much parking at all that wasn't of the reserved variety. I'm sure others will know better, though.
"You should find it enjoyable."
Unless you are cheering for the other team, in which case it is anything but enjoyable.

Try out a West Virginia Beer Duel while you're there.
(Or see the many many examples that come up from the search http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=west+virginia+beer+duel )
My friend and I have tried it at a couple tailgates.

Morgantown is wild. Have fun I wish I had more info to give but I don't remember much :/
If you see someone in an airport with Michigan logos on luggage and they are wearing a pilot uniform come say hello.
