Or both? Much like this post...
What can I say...I love Jill Wagner.
(Feel free to ad your favorite gif...I think I'm done with that for the day...)
Nothing will ever fill the void in my heart left by Lost.
Also, why do I still watch that douche-fest Entourage? I mean seriously, see the painfully douchey preview of the coming season:
Yeah, plus if I remember right, he went to Michigan for law school.
....it is a douche-fest that everyone wishes they were part of.
is hilarious. It always makes me laugh.
Wipeout comes across at dumb first, but watching fat people bounce off big inflatable objects into the water has a tendency to grow on me.
"Ninja Warrior for fat people."
"MXC but less foreign"
Which you could also call American Ninja Warrior. And was on G4 for a bit last year. But it wasn't as entertaining as the original. Some things you just can't translate (and some you should, a la Shin Chan and MXC).
MXC on Spike was hilarious, and these guys are simply copying it. According to wiki: "The American gameshow Wipeout on ABC has been accused of being "a blatant copycat" of shows such as Takeshi's Castle and MXC, and a copyright infringement lawsuit has been filed by TBS against ABC. Among the charges is that ABC purchased search terms such as "MXC" on Google to drive traffic to Wipeout."
Regardless, watching clumsy fatties and unathletic dorks fall into fetid, stinking water never gets old.
I can't believe it. I've watched a total of maybe 2 minutes, but I was under the assumption that Wipeout was an American remake of Takeshi's Castle. "90% Fear Factor-inspired, 10% Japanese game show"??? Bitch please!
After the Super Bowl two years ago (XLIII-Pitt-Arizona), my friends immediately switched to Wipeout. At first I thought it was stupid and I wanted to go back to the postgame show (I'm a sucker for trophy presentations), but I was laughing as hard as I could minutes later. Dumb concept, but thoroughly entertaining nonetheless.
But good answers all.
the behind the scenes hydraulics for the obstacle courses has one of the best jobs in the world.
It is hilarious watching people futily trying to time the punching gloves, as if there is a pattern and not someone waiting to pull the trigger to activate the one by the contestant's face or groin.
