At the NHL.com preview, Henrik Zetterberg states:
"Last game is last game. There's going to be a new fight tonight and it's important to go out and take charge right away."
Mike Babcock echoes the theme:
"We won a game and now we have to re-establish that here tonigh. I think the start is very important, so you have to be prepared for that and I think you have to put your will on the other team."

On Fox Sports Detroit they were talking about how the visitors have a disadvantage, not having access to equipment like glove dryers or skate sharpeners - that's all across the ice.
They showed a clip of a guy brining a basket of gloves to the bench during a break. Worse is if you have skate problems, you might not be able to get back once it's fixed. The other game Kronwall missed a couple shifts before he could get back to the bench.

That's one of the most reckless, most dangerous things you can do on a hockey rink. It's a bushleague cheapshot, and if there was any sense of competence in the NHL's front office (or if Colin Campbell wasn't a useless turd), Vlasic would be facing a suspension for that bullshit.
