This list is completely arbitrary and not a genuine analysis of the relative merits of state fossils.

the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
but I thought that draft was supposed to be incredibly loaded?
piece of shit wrapped up in black and red feathers.
It was a gift.
There were multiple missed calls against the Hawks and they called that crap on Zetterburg. It was uneven officiating in the third, and I would hope any impartial fan would admit it. Holmstrom was tripped on that breakaway pass from Lidstrom and Z was tripped in the corner and there was no call.
And that was a weak call against Z at the end.
Watch it again, and tell me how that was quality officiating.
Wasting away in Ohio, a Wolverine in a sea of red and grey
Sure blame it all on the refs...
This might be arrogant, and if it is, it is, but we're Michigan
but 50% sounds about right.
Yep. I love the non-call on the interference when Z has the puck about 2 minutes earlier on a potential 2 on 1 and then to make that very questionable call at the end of a tie game. Just cries out "we are determining the game."
And don't get me started on the Holmer breakaway non-call. Maybe a penalty shot, maybe not but how in the world do you at least not call a penalty? One of the worst non-calls I have seen. It's a breakaway, are the refs not watching?
And the non-call on the punch to Eaves. I could see letting that go but only if you are in a "let the players decide the game" role, in which case you can't call that penalty on Z.
That said, Hawks played a great game and probably deserved the two points but c'mon those calls were terrible.
The Homer breakaway and Eaves punch were blatant calls that the refs have to make at any point in the game.
The interference on Z was certainly a penalty, but one I don't mind the refs not calling near the end of the game if they want the players to decide it. However, the refs subsequently calling the penalty against Z made the earlier non-call absolutely atrocious.
Where are you in NC, btw? I'm in Raleigh.
I am in Cary. Neighbors...who knew?
Screw that. Terrible call led to Chicago's goal.
After crashing his motorcyle in Chicago -- while having a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit -- Bob Probert told the arresting police officers, "Just charge me with the usual." Such a bad-ass.
Since when does Hossa take slap shots? He has the best wrist shot out there. Apparently not a bad clapper either...
Hossa has been disappointing all year, but that goal was pretty sweet. Call on Z looked legitimiate enough to me. Stop crying Wings fans.
I love disagreeing on stuff with you guys.
It takes a special kind of person to enjoy trolling. Congrats on being special.

You're a disgrace to your avatar.
Hooking and Slashing calls have gotten out of hand here in the last few years. Oh well, the Wings got one point at least. And can the Wings please get rid of Bertuzzi. All he seems to do is take bad penalties at inopportune times.
i dont ever get up for hawks games at all anymore. I'd much rather play the ducks or pens. Hawks games are boring to me as a wings fan.
If you see someone in an airport with Michigan logos on luggage and they are wearing a pilot uniform come say hello.
