As much as I hate Bettman you can't blame a west coast game starting at 10:30 on him. There are NBA, and even NFL games that start at 7:00 PST or later. Even if the Coyotes were in Winnapeg the game would still start at 10:30 (See Calgary or Edmonton series from years past). This is the nature of having the easternmost team in the Western Conference, equals to a few late nights late in the season.

Everything else is pretty structured to the 1pm, 4:15pm, and 8:30pm ET starts (or thereabouts, since I think some might be 4:05 or 8:20 instead).
