OT: Willie Gault

I'm not sure about the NFL part, but look at how well he ran in 2006: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/jeff_pearlman/03/12/willi… In case you're short of time: "... in 2006 set a world record of 10.72 seconds in the master's 100 meters for athletes aged 45 to 49 (Two years later, Gault set a new 200-meter world record of 21.80 seconds in the 45-49 age group)..." That's crazy. He would have been just behind Denard's current time just a few years ago.

.. Tecmo Bowl speaks the truth. Still. This is Speedy Willie, and I'm world class. I like runnin' but i love to get the pass. I practice all day and dance all night, I got to get ready for the Sunday fight. Now I'm as smooth as a chocolate swirl, I dance a little funky, so watch me girl. There's not one here that does it like me, My Super Bowl Shuffle will set you free.

Just goes to show, if you take care of yourself and consistently train throughout the course of your life, you can stay quite healthy. Remember what Herschel Walker did in the ring recently. He looked 24 years old!

show that you can be track star fast, a freak athlete and still pretty much suck at football. It takes more than speed and athleticism (and even dedication is he's doing this good at 40+).
