OT: Welcome to Bridgeport

Submitted by MAgoBLUE on

For those of you who will be traveling to Bridgeport, CT for presumptive participation of UM Hockey in the 2012 NCAA regionals, I present you with this gem of a story

Here's a taste:

Running in the middle of the street, Hylton then stopped and did about 10 jumping jacks, but was not affected by another blast of pepper spray.

I hope you enjoy the Park City as much as I did during my college years.  There's really no other place quite like it.

I have lived right next door in Fairfield for 20+ years so am very familiar with the goings on in Bridgeport.  It certainly has its issues but also many redeeming qualities.

Anyone considering going to a hockey game there should be assured that overall it is a great area, and the hockey arena itself is a first class venue - been there for hockey, basketball and concerts.
