But those are the real people, so it's hard to see it as a joke. That's...weird. It should be funny, but there has to be a certain level of sincerity in it, so it just ends up being sad.

Ultimately, that video is just another vote for the next state motto:

Ohio: It's Comcastic!

As an Inmate of the greater Cleveland area, I can attest that these are real people that live and work here.  As an avid Pistons fan this display tastes like delicious schadenfreude.

... they're not Detroit.  They're 100 times worse.

Honestly, the OP's video makes it clear why LBJ has to go.  It's cringe-worthy, especially in the way that they employ so many D-List "celebrities."

Cuyahoga County Commissioner?  And Chicago has Obama.

The King is gone and Dan Gilbert will be left holding a shit-bag franchise in the worst sports city in America.

Awesome!

Gilbert's in an interesting position.  He's a lifelong Michigander and was a diehard Piston fan, but the Cavs came up for sale first, so he bought them.  Now the Pistons are on the block.  Gilbert should have been more patient.  It's too bad for both parties.

I love how you people rip on Cleveland and Ohio and your the poorest State and City in America. I mean I'm a Michigan fan but you people are way out of line and ridiculous. I know I'll probably get kicked off from making any comments anymore but I dont care. I am proud to be from Cleveland and wont let a bunch of outsiders rip on my city. Our sports fans are about a million times more dedicated than yours will ever be. We still sell out our NFL stadium and have suffered far longer than you ever have. The last time I checked major broadcast networks were not having specials on how poor or shitty Cleveland is that belongs to you Detroit suck it up and deal with it. Once again I know this will send MGOBOARD into a fury against me but I have to stand up for Cleveland.

1.  Cleveland's per capita income is actually lower than Detroit's.

2.  Michigan is far from the poorest state in the Union (that would be Mississippi).

3.  Aside from temporarily losing their team, Brown fans have hardly suffered more than Lion fans.  The Lions have won one playoff game in 53 years and have the worst aggregate record in the NFL this century.

4.  Feel free to defend your city, but trashing another one won't win you many friends.

All I know is that I don't see the national news coming out to Cleveland every chance they get to shed light on how deprived it is. Second of all you have no idea what sports pain is with the pistons, wings and even tigers delivering you championships. Third of all the Lions can suck eternally and it won't ever feel as bad as having your team taken from you even though they did come back. Detroit was tops in when the Poverty Census was taken back in 2005. All I'm saying Cleveland is not as crappy as you think. Both cities are not exactly as top notch cities in the country.

People that hate on other city's quality of life piss me off. I'm from New Orleans and want to punch people in the face that hate. I also want to go Chuck Norris on people when they hate on the Detroit area. Places in Ohio dont suck just the OSU fans do.
