OT- The Walking Dead/Sunday Night drinking thread

Submitted by WMUgoblue on

With only 2 episodes left there should be lots of action today and next Sunday. More Tyrese please!

So... next week is Walking Dead S3 finale versus Game of Thrones S3 premier.

Can't wait, though after the last few weeks, I've become more excited about GoT and less excited about TWD.  Hopefully tonight proves me a little wrong.

I think the WD finale gets the live treatment from me. However, GoT has an encore immediately after so it shouldn't be too bad.  We should make an MGoEdict that next week it is TWD at 9 and GoT at 10 if you want to discuss it.

Of course, this will all be after Michigan secures a trip to the Final Four over Florida Gulf Coast, so in other words, best Sunday ever.

Honestly, the show 'The Bible' on History channel is awesome.

I'm not a religious dude, but I've watched it every Sunday for 4-5 weeks. 2 hrs long.

Highly recommend it.

but whatever, I'll bite (sip?). I have some Two Hearted, some of the limited release Summer Shandy and some merlot (Louis Jadot Beaujolais), all of which will be consumed in some fashion tonight since I have little responsibility before noon tomorrow. Cheers, MGoBoard.

That was a fucked up ending but at least it was something different than Andrea stumbling around tripping over shit.

Michonne is not going to trust Rick again.

If I were them I'd lead the Governor and his crew inside the prison and sabotage them as the group progressively retreats out the back with their vehicles on the ready.

Dang. I just watched the replay. Tough episode, i was starting to hope Merele would become an important part of the group but at least he went out in style. I am curious to see tyrese's reaction next week to the attack of the prison.

I was desperately hoping for a 2 part season finale knowing full well it'll be a filler. Merles ending was a nice touch and shows just how much of an asshole the Governor is.  If only Zombie Merle knew how effective his bladed stump was,  oh the flesh he could eat!

But man Norman Reedus acted the hell out of that ending. You got all of Daryl's feelings o love and hate for his brother.
