He was a big reason for USC's issues early last year.
Price was a guy that Michigan offered, and then they backed off of him. They briefly tried to get back in on him, but they seemed to just be keeping an iron in the fire close to NSD. It's a good thing he went elsewhere.

If I remember correctly, Michigan seems to recruit him hard and then backed off. But after missing on a few days tried to get back in late. I remember there was some questions about his maturity back then.
