Since clearly its too late to do anything productive and due to the fact that MGOBLOG has recently turned into MGOCURLING I thought of creating a liveblog for the game against China. Beating the Commies would be really nice and I thing we should be able to do it. Talk strategy and plays.
OT: USA Curling LiveBlog
get in a drunken flaregun fight. Come on over.
I'd be worried about the LiveBlog curse, but there's not much that you could curse with our curling team.
miss after miss is killing USA chances of doing anything productive.
were going to be in Kalamazoo, next month?
I'll bring the Doritos
and she just said road trip too! She does love me.
He did! March 13th is the finals
Is the Denmark women's team going to be there? If so, will there be a meet and greet afterwards?

Just have to clear it with my wife ... should be fine right?
The Russian team is way better than Denmark. No competition.
More rocks in the house than the other team.
Mother fucker. I can understand missing a draw or a run. I can understand missing a shot across the nose because it missed your finger off the release. But to completely miss the stone you're aiming for to end the round? ARGH!!!
you got lingo and shit.
Since this is an olympic thread I thought I would ask...How can I embed the video from the Ryan Kesler still shot thread?
Have you checked the Basic Html Posting on mgoboard? If it's youtube, it's explained there. If it's not youtube, it depends on the medium.
What the hell was that.
an even more "what the hell was that" for the Chinese.
Shuster after missing the run: "Sorry."
Sorry. That's exactly how you've played this week. That was ANOTHER horrible shot. The joke in King Pin was you Munson'd you're big chance away. Now, it's Shuster'd.
in curling, but I've watched a fair number of matches, between Olympics and the Brier.
And I have to say, these seem like bunnies that he's missing. Like continually missing 3-foot putts.
At least Darko was a signal for victory
For all those that hate curling you should try attending an event. I went there for the USA vs GBR round on Sunday and it was a blast. I never enjoyed curling prior to that but it's a lot of fun watching since there are 4 sheets of ice to look at and the strategy is interesting.
