Who ya got?

I think Serena will win, but I want Venus to go out on top given her illness and fall from the top over the past few years.

Serena will catch Graf in a few months and maybe Court too if she still has the motivation to play into her late 30s.

Graf got super lucky Monica Seles got stabbed or else she would not have nearly as many titles.

Graf is the female Roger Federer in terms of elegance of play tho. That is for sure.

They're awful and Klinsmann just doesn't get it. He is consistently trying to foce something that just isn't ever going to work. At least not for another 4 years when some of these guys grow up.

He just shits on guys with experience with some of these moves.

I'd give Serena a lot of credit for longevity. Clistjers fell off fast as did Henin and this younger girls haven't really learned how to win yet.

Serena just knows how to get it done whether she is playing well or not and this current crop of girls just cant figure out the puzzle.

Just gonna use this opportunity to bitch about how the advent of raquet technology has destroyed the entire serve/volley element of the game.  Players hit the ball so hard now, there's no ability to get to the net to support that part of the game.  And so -- it just becomes a game of smashing serves, and on the rare occasion a rally develops, people end up passing each other baseline to baseline.  It's ridiculous -- especially on the men's side.

They need to standardize raquet technology, and dial it back a few versions.

My 2 cents...televise a freaking doubles match. They don't have the "name" appeal, but they are 10x more entertaining in my opinion. Variety of points, non stop action, just the opposite of the back and forth baseline rallies that is modern singles tennis. If I could see anyone in the world play, it would be the Bryan brothers over any individual in a singles match.
