OT-Uploading content from word to diary.

I wrote my first diary entry today (at work) but cannot paste the content.  The text shows up, but the excel diagrams/pictures do not.  Is there a way to do this?

Excel stuff doesn't transfer well unless you can download Windows Live Writer and then paste into that instead. It's that or take screen grabs (control and print screen button), paste them into paint, save and upload them to somewhere on the internet, then add them into your copy and paste'd word.

As far as the pictures, we have no other way to upload pictures other than through WLW.
