Absolutely flawless adaptation of a great Jerzy Kosinsky book. Peter Sellers was IMHO one of the most talented actors of the 20th century. Jack Warden as the president is priceless.

How about: Mad Mgazine's Up the Academy? - so good that Ron Liebman actually asked to have his name taken off the credits.  Also Ralph Macchio pre-KK and the Outsiders.

"Tickle your ass with a feather?"

"What?"

"I said, 'Particularly nasty weather...'"

Edit: I almost Missed Antonio "Huggie Bear" Fargas (former Wolverine/Trojan Justin's dad).

Barbara Bach is no slouch herself.

Abiding citizen was really good in the "Saw" kind of way, like it was a good ultra-violence pic, but to call it underrated is to take it seriously and I did not think that was intended. Also, Jamie Fox can do a lot but he can't do lawyer. The attempted depictions of legal interactions were almost unintentionally laugh out loud funny. If you are looking in the violence/horror genre, Wolf Creek is the modern masterpiece.

is underrated because while it received nearly universal acclaim upon its release, there has been a recent, fairly substantial, push back against it and particularly the ending.  I think the last scene in the movie between Jimmy and his wife was a little misguided as the relationship between him and his wife had not been adequately explored for it to make much sense.  Shame actually, because other than that, I thought it was brilliant, Eastwood's best if you ask me.
