I was about to make a twitter update post as my fantasy football hookup brought the Denard 10-15 touches info, the Titus Young DUI/attempted theft of his mustang from the impound lot info, and I found out Chris Webber is about to publish an autobiography. Exciting times we live in.

"..my fantasy football hookup.."

Wait...You either A) Hook-up with a Fantasy Football rival from time to time? or B) purchase Fantasy Football as if it's an illegal drug?  Stories, please.

I follow Rotoworld_FB on twitter. It's the lazy man's ticket to ff riches. That and fantasy pros.com. For the record, Rotoworld calls Denard "An intriguing FF prospect". Might be worth a late-round flyer(my speculation, not theirs).

I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering I work at a school and see many kids in the office frequently for committing transgressions over and over again, but man, how hard is it to stay out of trouble Titus?

Is the fact that the dude really never got a shot, only because the organization hated him from the get go. I mean, he always had to absorb the bulk of the coverage being the #1 WR; wait... well, he always gave 100% and, er, um...shoot. He knew the offense better than anyone and didn't need Kellen Moore telling him, "Titus, on this one you go left...", crap. He did.

At least he always kept a great attitude and worked as a positive force in the locker room. Hope a good guy like him finds an Arby's looking for a good horsey sauce cleaner-upper.

In the words of the late, great John Wayne....

"Life is hard.  It's harder when you're stupid"

Again I'll set the over/under Wonderlic score line at 12.   I mean you have to be seriously dumb to do the things he's done over the past two years and literally toss away tens of millions of dollars in the process.

And people wonder why the NFL gives everybody a standardized intellegence test.  The sad thing is they then ignore the results and wonder why they have trouble with players down the road.

but did he actually take Federal Reserve notes and fling them away from his person as shown?

Or was it, you know, more figuratively tossing money?  He seems like an idiot, so maybe it was indeed literally tossing millions away.

Either way, at least I'm not a Lions fan.

Titus Young is proving that, in some strange language, "Titus Young" means "Entitled POS."  What a tragic waste of oxygen.

"“I didn’t talk to anybody, I didn’t call 32 GMs and try to get a seventh if (draft pick) or anything like that,’’ Mayhew said on Feb. 7. “It’s my job to know what his value is and he didn’t have any trade value.’’"

For Young, that's probably the most telling statement - he had destroyed his value as a player through his own actions, and this statement was made back in February. The Lions saw no point in even trying to assemble a trade.

Getting arrested twice in 15 hours doesn't exactly work to recover any of that value either. Actually, that achievement may very well have shut the door on any useful NFL career period, or at least gone quite a ways to doing so.

The worst part of this is that he does have a family (his son was born last August, I think) - if nothing else, hopefully he can get some help for their sake, although this might require some sort of galvanic revelation that Young obviously has not yet experienced sadly.

He'll be serving time in prison by the time he's 35, and he won't live beyond 60. The trajectory he's currently on is labeled "crash and burn."
