OT- Tigers vs Halos 8-24-12
Well lets keep the winning streak and open thread streak going.
Tigers lineup:
- Austin Jackson CF
- Omar Infante 2B
- Miguel Cabrera DH
- Prince Fielder 1B
- Brennan Boesch RF
- Delmon Young LF
- Jhonny Peralta SS
- Alex Avila C
- Ramon Santiago 3B
No idea why Leyland went with Delmon in left over Dirks against a RHP but whatever. Greinke holds has a 6.19 ERA since joining the Angels so here's to hoping the Tigers bats can finally live up to potential and tag some pitchers.
Note: Pujols not playing for the Angels tonight but they did score 14 runs without him last night as well.

This will only work if you're out of market.
I tried to get it to work 'in market' using a proxy server but its borderline impossible.

Porcello looking good. I think his best days are ahead of him, and he could approach a career spanning 20 years, it would be awesome if they could all be in a Tiger uniform.

I know he's young, but he's still gotta develop a "miss" pitch. Otherwise, he's not going to be successful on a team with a below average infield defense like the Tigers currently have.

He's not great but he is a good major leaguer that just about any team would be glad to have. Keep him away from the Rangers and he's much better. Also has been quite good against the White Sox this season

That was a helluva pitch. Too close to take anyway; Prince needs to tip his cap to Greinke and head over to first.
