I would like to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for handing my beloved Detroit Tigers game 5 of the ALDS. Seriously, I have met 13 year old' hopped up on meth that would have more patience with the Yankees pitching staff. Apparently, Brian Cashman can by you any pitcher in baseball, but he still can buy you a clue.

If I were to pitch JV two innings, I would make it 8 and 9, even with Valverde in the pen. But it is probably a moot point unless we extra innings

NO it wouldn't. This is not MLB The Show. This is real life. When we pull this game out we will want to have Verlander in a condition to pitch for the ALCS and the WS. Joe Girardi is an idiot. HE's going to kill all of his pitchers arms.

this is what makes playoff baseball so great. we have mgrs doing things they wouldn't do all year; pulling pitchers early, bringing in ace's in the mid innings, pins and needles on every pitch...

back in the day, pitchers would get fined in the kangaroo court for giving up 0-2 hits. maybe they should start doing that again.
