If you don't have the time to commit to this dynasty please don't join. That's the main reason we lose players. We advance roughly every 48 hours and are currently about to start offseason recruiting.

There's a website that we're all on that helps with scheduling user-to-user games and smack talk (but we don't really do that. We mostly compliemtn each other lol). You'll get that link once you've joined. Please join ASAP and check at least once a day.

I would like to join, but I'm not sure of the time requirements with work and kids and such. Can you give me an example of what you are looking at in terms of time commitment and game times for your 48 hr advancement?
I've played the game ever since it was Bill Walsh but I've never done the online league.
So generally people play
So generally people play their games in the evening/night. Once all users are done we advance. Wehen that happens, we all jump on the website and post times that we are available and try to schedule our user games. If someone goes out of town and tells us in advance, we usually wait for that person and accomodate their schedule. However, when advances constantly take 5 days, the game loses its appeal.
If you can get on the website consistently, you can have a pretty good idea of when you need to be on, so it's not like you need to constantly have your ps3 on and stare at the screen.

Late night games would be good. Thanks for the info. I'll check the thread when I get home and if you haven't got anybody I'll get you all my info, but just move ahead. Like I said I play more live so I don't even remember my info so I'll have to go home and get things sorted out. I'll play around online some more so that when you need a new player I'll be ready to go.

I was Indiana the first season and finished Big Ten Champs! Also won Rose Bowl! Finished 12-2 and ranked #2 in country. I also had the #14 recruit class so far. With 21 commits before offseason recruiting. So its not like your stepping into a 0-12 team.

Have you ever looked into hosting the league at traditionsportsonline.com? They have a ton of leagues there and make for a great place to run NCAA leagues. They also have Madden and FIFA, MLB, etc. For the most part, they are a mature bunch and gives you a good place to structure the league.
