OT: Texas vs. Texas A&M
I'm early - it starts in about 10 minutes.
This one is rather significant in that it will be the last time these two teams play as in-conference rivals. If I recall correctly, there are only two other rivalries which have played more often than this one, so hopefully we're in for an interesting game.

It's like Tannehill forgets which color to throw to in the 3rd quarter. A&M hasn't had a QB that was better as a senior than as a junior in about 15 years.

I've seen a lot of bad personal foul calls in the last couple of years, but that had to be the worst, considering the context.

After that last penalty call, A&M can't get out of the Big XII fast enough. Just an awful way to end a great 4th quarter. Sucks big time.

A cynical TAM fan will say "This is why we are leaving this conference. It's all about coddling Texas at the expense of other conference members."
I don't think that's true, the ref just got over zealous, but you can see how they can think that.

Anybody notice the mattress ad that was scrolling around the stadium as A&M was celebrating their go-ahead touchdown?
It was flashing SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP as the fans cheered imminent victory over a hated rival.
Somebody should send a screenshot of it to Brandon as a warning of what advertising in a stadium can mean (and do).

Saw that. I thought the same thing: "What a complete disconnect from the moment . . . a key moment in a rivalry seeped in tradition that defines the very essence of CFB, and what to we have here? A maroon 'Go Aggies!, Shut Down Texas!' banner paraded in front of the A&M crowd by the yell leaders?"
No, we have a arena football-worthy blue neon advertising sign for a mattress company that says SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP.
Disgraceful.
