Rule number 5 - Plausible deniability is your greatest ally (so far at least for Kiffin).  The alleged rogue assistant is already out of coaching.  We don't know about Rule number 6 whether a burn phone was used by Garza and/or Kiffin, but it looks someone blew it on the rest:

1 Always pay cash

2 Nothing in writing

3 Everyone gets paid (need to do more than just reimburse Will Lyles it would seem)

4 Always pay cash

7 Always pay cash

ever since their massive whining about Woodson winning the Heisman over Manning. Their colors are lame, they talk smack about their large-ish stadium and Rocky Top is a lousy song. No tears here.

Who would've guessed even 6 months ago that the two words "Yahoo Sports" would send chills down the backs of all programs operating outside of NCAA law.  Those dudes have become serious investigative journalists and are seemingly taking down the renegades one violation at a time.

I live in Nashville and have been to Knoxville a few times.  The stadium is cool and the atmosphere was nice.  The city itself is lame.  Overall I love the south and most of the people are pretty good.  However, most UT fans are obnoxious.  I think the orange really effects the way they think.

"Whatever undercover dirty stuff that they’re doing, I’m pretty sure that Willie Lyles is not the only person. He’s just the only one that’s been caught. This is something that they’ve been doing forever.”

Even the moms knows more about the state of CFB than the almighty NCAA. they can only keep their head in the sand for so much longer. But the longer they do i worry the bigger the storm is going to be.

They won't need to ban Kiffin, since he is a pretty mediocre coach.  USC might have some problems internally, but they are not going to settle for the poor product he sends out there, regardless of his recruiting accumen,
