It wasn't until recently I realized how far behind the talent level is in the CFL. I always figured it was like NFL 3rd stringer equivalent, but I think most of these guys couldn't even make an NFL practice squad.

I definitely don't envy having to play in these conditions, but of course great thing about football is that so long as some team of poor grounds personnel can keep the important portions of the field reasonably clean, onward they march. I mean, as a Lions fan, I seem to remember losing one in worse snow conditions anyway (the temperature was warmer, as I recall)....

Fuck the Patriots and their whole cheating organization minus Brady of course.

You know damn well spy gate is still happening, just in a more discreet manner. The Patriots get every bounce, and every call, it gets really annoying.

Love seeing Brady dominate, I just hate the rest of the team so much I hope they go undefeated and lose in the super bowl

Understand your point, but this is a Michigan blog. Tom Brady success=More Michigan success. We must root for him to win as many Super Bowls as possible before he retires, securing his place as the best quarterback of all time, dethroning ND's Joe Montana makes it better.

Whoa. You can challenge defensive pass interference in the CFL. I feel like they just add these quirky rules to try to make themselves stand out somehow

Butler is starting to mold into another one of those brilliant personnel moves that Belichick and the Pats front office makes that drives the rest of the league nuts.

Should a touchback...

...I never understand why every coverage guy does that. The ball is fucking stopped and you touch it with your momentum running into the endzone and lose control.

It makes no sense. What you think the ball is going to grow legs and follow you into the endzone? It's dead. Let someone else down it. It's like there's a million dollar reward for being first.

If Brady isn't playing without his best WRs, this game is a blowout. When you have to rely on Chandler and "drops" Lafell, with Gronk being doubled, it tough, even for the GOAT.

Is it me or every time the Pats play the Broncos is the first one to 21 always the one to win? These games usually have a score of 21-7 in the 4th at some point followed by a 23-21 victory or something to that
