OT: Sunday NFL Divisional Playoffs
Upvoted for Zoltan.
Zoltan was looking like the best Patriot there for awhile.
Fear the Zoltan!
Atalnta will end the Seattle run today.
Russell Wilson is easy to root for. I really like this kid.
However...San Fran looks mighty unstoppable (at least offensively) right now, so perhaps the winner today is ultimately meaningless. Hoping for a great set of games today, and some nailbiter conference championships.
I like him, too...anytime you break a record held by Sammy Baugh, you're pretty good.
Still, as an actual Atlanta native, watching this game summed up life as a Falcons fan. Great hopes and expectations, an inconceivable letdown, and then remembering that Matt Ryan has the ability to bend time and space as if he were a character in the TV series "Heroes".
I'm pretty sure I've developed an emotional detatchment disorder following this team...watching the fourth quarter collapse was like "Oh, really?", and then watching the last drive was like "Well, obviously."
I will go with Seattle, and New England.
Going for it that early down 13 in easy FG range may have sealed the game already.
Is this where Russel Wilson enhances his argument as the top rookie QB?
Trying to think about something besides the BB game
Let's see if one team can finish the big comeback.
So, the Falcons brought all of Fulton County on the blitz and still mananged to pass for a first down, and naturally, the Falcons add to the drama with an illegal substitution.
...and after a review, the Seahawks get a TD in a sort of awkward, bumbling way. 28-27 Seattle after being in a major 20-0 hole at halftime.
Seattle has luck on their side.
Edit: I think I spoke to soon.
Seattle dropping it.
Not so fast my friends.
Time to throw on the Brady jersey and, hopefully, watch the Pats put up 50+ on Houston.
I love Sneaky Pete blowing the "Freeze The Kicker" time out. <sad trombone>
Horrid call on the Foster TD.
And the refs trying to help Houston make it a game.
Aaand Patroits march down the field to make it an 11 point game.
Aaand Houston coughs it up
Zoltan with the bounce!
Doesn't even smile after the win. More work to be done.
