Has anyone seen the stafford injury? How bad did it look?

Back to the old Lions. FAW2L was and always will be the Ford's battle cry. Find a way to lose! P.S. does anyone else hate that annoying lions roar they play at Ford Field?

I know you can only see his posts on the mobile app but is Roachgoblue the biggest troll on the blog aside from the party room? Any reason banned accounts still show up on the mobile app?

By the way, for anyone interested and unfamiliar, prideofdetroit.com is an excellent Lions blog.  Sean Yuille, a Michigan grad who ran Michigan Sports Center a while back, does a really nice job over there.

Yes. Now that you mention it we are going to need a running back (any running back) for the first couple games of the season. Having one for the entire season would be nice, too. Having a great running back would help us take the next step...

A RB would be nice, but in today's NFL they aren't needed nearly as much as people think. The Lions are clearly a passing offense, in fact it's what the team does best. For our offense, running backs just need to convert 3rd and shorts. The thing standing between the Lions and consistent winning seasons are CB's and Safety's. This team is heading in the right direction through good coaching and quality management, oh and a great young QB.

Mikel Leshoure actually showed a lot even though he only netted 1 yard. He showed good lateral movement and lowered his shoulder a time or two and delivered a good pop. He kind of runs like Steven Jackson (but obviously isn't as good at this point). I'm interested to see if he becomes a 15-20 carry guy with Best out.
