Best part about it was he essentially caused the loss, as once Sorgi was out the D was selling out to stop the run, opening up the bomb thrown by the backup for the winning score.

The Stocco bomb to Lee Evans was the happiest I have been and likely will ever be about something related to the University of Wisconsin's football team.

It was also a good moment for America.

After all it was just a 2 win Indiana team up next.  They suspend him for their big game against a top 10 team in Iowa, and then have him back for the following week against a team that only beat Indiana State, and Illinois(who was 1-11, 0-8).  I think they could have afforded to leave him out.

I love this quote though:

"Despite what opposing fans, teams and Maurice Clarett might say, Ohio State has conducted itself with class throughout its great run over the last year and a half. Head coach Jim Tressel has proven himself to be of the highest character, and now he has a chance to once again make a statement with his program by suspending Reynolds for a game to show that cheap actions like that won’t be tolerated. Ohio State is too good and too talented to have to resort to those sorts of tactics.

I think it may have been purged from the internet.  Couldn't find it anywhere which is strange for something so memorable for those of us who watched the game.

Yes, when I was looking for a video of it, I came across a site where they were talking about the play and someone had said when the game aired on ESPN Classic a few months ago, they removed the "Reynold's Choke" from the game.  Other than that, they showed the game in its entirety.  That was all that got edited out...  weird!?
