OT: Soccer Saturday!
Come on guy who used to start these, I don't have near the ability in your formatting and knowledge.
Mostly battles of relegation status today.
The big fish of the day is going on as we speak. Chelsea v Tottenham in the FA Cup. Kane just had a crazy equilizer with some backwards header.

Can't stand Chelsea!

I'd be okay with them losing this game and imploding in the EPL. Which it looks like they may do. Had a pretty substantial lead in the table and now are only up 3 or 4 on Tottenham.
Chelsea has 2 EPL losses since November. They're not impolding, the Spurs are just red hot.
My kid scored her first goal today...so there's that.
My son scored a total of 1 goal through 2 full years of soccer.
Today he scored 4 goals, and also had a clean sheet for the quarter he played in goal. I don't know what happened over the summer, but it's like watching a completely different kid play the game. I'm super pumped, and congrats to your daughter. Mine's still working on her first...
Haha. how old is your kid? I had a renaissance of sorts as a hockey player. one summer it just clicked for me and I went from a "meh" player to the captain of every team I played on after that. (it happened about age 14)
Freaking Legend!
In allowing both those Chelsea goals, dumb fouls led to easy chances for the Blues. Best match of the day is Borussia Dortmund vs Borussia Monchengladbach in Bundesliga.
Letdown for spurs. Shotty defense. Need Chelsea to stumble in prem! COYS!
The Ligue 1 race is still tight: PSG just won to move into first place (80 points), but Monaco (77 points) has two games in hand and takes on Lyon tomorrow. Both PSG/Monaco are on long winning streaks.
I'd like to see Monaco win the league but wonder if the added grind of Champions' League play may catch up to them.
Yeah we lost MGOBREWER :(
O' Brewer, where art thou?
Thanks for doing this Uncle Leo. I'll tell mom she's crazy for thinking you owe her that $50 from the race track
Take the money.
Not whining, but just giving an honest answer as to where the threads went. I'm involved in a few Facebook groups and forums in which I spend the time researching, formatting and submitting the "today's schedule" I work hard to compile and submit (for free). This is the only community I supply the thread to in which nearly every time it turns into an argument about whether or not it should be a thread. I got to the point to where I thought "why am I doing this for these assholes?". I still do the legwork, and am still willing to provide the service, but honestly, as much as I love being a Michigan man, and am proud to sport the block M, the unregulated keyboard warriors in this atmosphere don't deserve. Sorry, I don't want to sound like a wiener, but I had to "bye Felicia" the soccer day posts. God bless. MGOBREWER out.
Don't worry about the other people who downvote. There is a large number of us that appreciate these threads, and would much rather talk about it compared to threads about Harbaugh meeting the Pope. That shit doesn't matter to me, this is at least a sport happening currently and not a fluff piece.
I'll happily join your fb group!
For the finals of Champions and maybe the 2nd leg of the semis for it too
I loved seeing your posts! Thanks for doing the work.
Once I get to 100 points I will rain negs down on the thread's enemies with the energy of 1,000 suns
You'll get there.
...because I miss it so damn much.
Still can't find a highlight or recap DVD anywhere.
