I watch First Take just for first and ten. Clueless may think that people take him seriously, but to me he is just there to provide bad "arguments" for those "facing" him to riddle with holes. There is nothing more fun in sports talk than to see someone who has actually been in the arena of battle put Skip Clueless in his place. He is sorta like a WWE "heel" jobber, who is there only to lose to the "faces" and make them look good in the process. So, basically, I'm glad Clueless is on First Take. Anything that keeps him from actually writing articles for a newspaper can't be all bad.

That was wonderful. I used to watch ESPN all the time when I was a teenager but I stopped recently and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The network has hired people who don't know what they're talking about and some can't put together a complete sentence. With the emergence of the MLB network it seemed as though my prayers were answered (seeing as how baseball is my favorite sport). Their Sunday Morning Football with Berman is unbearable, Sportscenter has no appeal to me anymore, and Hockey has about the same coverage as NASCAR. The only thing I tune in for is Gameday, the football variety, and some of their games because they do have good play by play for NCAA Football and MLB. I think the time were ESPN was a monopoly over sports is coming to an end and I couldn't be happier. Afterall, it's all about competition. We know that to be so because that's what our fearless leader always stresses.

Seriously you may not believe it but these guys are far more intelligent then they put off in these roles. Trev Alberts used to flat out get railed on because of the stupid things he said. When he quit espn he outed them bigtime. Basically espn tells them to piss off a fanbase cause that gets ratings. Think about it, Collin Cowherd pisses off every fan base he can and yet has the highest ratings. He is arrogant, elitist and purposefully insufferable and yet he has bigger ratings then anyone. Jim Rome is a nitch guy, pisses off a couple people, gives his jungle karma to a few and calls out athletes for stupidity....and his ratings are continuously falling..... Espn knows what they are doing for ratings. College football live loves the sec, not because they think the sec is best, but they know saying it gets under your skin and keeps everyone watching waiting for the 1 person to say otherwise and say thank you...and they never give it to you so you tune in next week.

I don't think riling people up has anything to do with why I stopped watching. I don't mind that they do so and I have understood that this is a ploy of theirs for some time. The men they hired for Baseball Tonight are terrible. They don't try to upset anyone with biased coverage, but rather just aren't articulate enough to convey the point they are trying to make. I haven't watched Baseball Tonight in some time so this may have changed but when all Latino analysts began to provide most of the commentary it was obvious that most weren't cut out for it. Whether it was because they had grown up in Latin America or the islands and weren't expected to attend school and just focus on baseball (not a racial thing, it's just a fact) or other reasons is when I stopped. They were awful. Berman is just one of the most annoying people in television, in my opinion. MNF is enjoyable because I think Tirico and Gruden are wonderful. Jaws, not so much. Jaws provides a lot of good analysis but the way he talks and gets so excited is like razor blades to my eardrums. I stopped watching because it became more about entertainment than sports, plain and simple.

If only there was a way to do something like that to get rid of Creed or Nickleback so they never make music again. But yes skip bayless is probably functionally retarded to the point he has a lower IQ than Forrest Gump.
