Texas-style trick play, at the middle-school level ... SIAP.
OT: side hike
Everyone wants to protect the QB, but they can get away with plays like that.
It's almost as crazy as the highlight being on a very british tabloid/newspaper site. Sweet play though.
That was pretty cool. I like how he nonchalantly walked by the DL, LB and the referee and then started booking it toward the end zone.
good work coach - you managed to trick a bunch of 10 year olds.
You really are Charlie Sheen! Or maybe Mel Gibson in disguise.
This is by far the greatest thing I have seen in my entire life.
Sorry to hear that, Coach Jackson.
Is it legal to play football on a pitch?
I laughed. That is a play that can only work about once a lifetime.
Really odd that this was covered by a British newspaper.
not to blow the whistle in the confusion.
It would have been much better had one of those safeties been coming in on a timed blitz and absolutely jacked the shit out of that QB.
by a clearly out matched #19. He was the only player to pursue.
That play is as ridiculous as it is awesome.
That's Ray Vinopal Jr. Smart, gritty, and tiny as hell.
My flag football team tried something similar a few times, where you tell the center he has the wrong ball, he tosses it back, you walk to the sideline yelling at someone to grab the other ball, and once you get over there take off running.
