This is OT, but seeing a couple Mgo lawyers talking on here got me wondering if any of them know anything about Michigans conflict of interest law, as it pertains to school board members voting when they are married to teachers in particular, (MCL 380.1203).
I serve on a school board in Saginaw County and we have 3 members married to teachers voting on a lot of things that they shouldn't based on how I read the law.

As far as the team goes, this might actually help them, if Sark was coaching while impaired.I doubt it was a big secret amongst the players and coaches, this may allow them all to focus a little more on football.
Hope he gets the help that he needs.
