OT / Seven Nation Army
Had a big presentation today, culmination of months & months of prelim work. To pump myself up, watched multiple postings of Seven Nations Army from ND game with pompoms and emotion flowing. Not ashamed to admit it did the trick, we got the deal. Dang - what a night!
Now come on Tigs - crush these Yanks.

I am not a HUGE fan of the song itself, but i LOVE the energy it brings to the Big House, and well, in person this was just nuts!!! I will NEVER forget being at this game in my life

I chased eight kids off my lawn this week alone, but I gotta say, I love Seven Nation Army. Our claim to it is as good as anyone's, in fact better. Just because something is popular does not automatically make it bad.

Well that's nice for them because they played it six times in the first quarter against Minnesota.
Personally, I would rather have my ears prison-sexed by MSU receivers (haha, prison) than listen to that garbage one more time (let alone the 30+ times it will be played the rest of this season).

I'm sorry, the song makes noise and gets the stadium rocking...I know. But they've adopted and being using that song longer than we have. It also makes sense seeing how it's a bunch of "O's"...
I want the stadium to be loud of the Ohio game, but we'd look kind of stupid using "their" song...(I realize 90% of America uses the song too along with Zombie Nation).
Do we still do the Lose Yourself beat? I always thought that was cool because we kind of "owned" that song. The student section would get into it too.
