Roushar got the OC gig when Treadwell left as a safe choice. Problem was the he did a job pretty good with the O-line before his promotion. Now what does Sparty do? Bring in a proven offensive coordinator who is new to the program and may have a different philosophy or promote from within to maintain stability? In either case, can't imagine the offense is going to that much better.
