OT: Rooting for OSU this weekend?
Question: Are people in MGoBlogville rooting for Ohio State this weekend?
My two-cents worth: Normally, I would probably cheer on the Buckeyes against Illinois (Illini fans are obnoxious) but I submit that a OSU loss tomorrow hurts OSU to the point that they come into the Michigan game a bit deflated and flat. I'm not one to hope for Michigan's competition to come in at less than 100% but, well, I guess that's what I'm rooting for here. Not that I don't think Michigan can win our big rivalry weekend - I'd just rather see Michigan come in with a leg up on the competition.

If it stays 42 and sunny I'll be happy!

All you need to do is youtube O-state "rooting" for The Horror after it happened, and tell me we need to ever cheer for them. I just threw up in my mouth.

Heeeeell no! I will never root for OSU. I ONLY root for MSU when they play OSU. And when ND plays MSU I hope ND wins because I know ND wont be shit and will lose another handful of games. Either way I get joy when any of the 3 lose.

Man people on this blog seem to be oblivious today. The OP was clearly mocking an earlier post.
HINT: When someone with 5-digits of mgopoints is advocating rooting for OSU, look around for the source of the sarcasm instead of taking it at face value.

I will NEVER fucking root for Ohio State and I live in Columbus. I wouldn't ask for one single thing for Christmas if Ohio State lost to anybody during the season. That is the best gift of all in my opinion.
