The 1993 NCAA Scholar Athlete of the Year is a natural fit for sports agency. Rob Pelinka played in two Final Fours while at the University of Michigan and then went to get his law degree and business degree at U-M. By the time he graduated, Pelinka was friends with several NBA players, like former teammate Chris Webber. He also got a break meeting top agent and U-M graduate Arn Tellem, according to the Ann Arbor News.

Today, Pelinka is one of the top NBA agents, best known for representing the highest-paid NBA player, Kobe Bryant.

....ever fall for this, but a co-worker and her baller husband met with agents and they offered a ton of extra services that would up the agents' take.

<br>Don't want to manage your money? Don't want to pay your cable bill every month? Your agent will do that--for a fee. She said the list of services was ludicrous, but I suppose some players might go for it--pay the agent to do everything but wipe your butt.

did Cecil Newton fall? because keeping his son's eligibility while negotiating pay has to fall into a random X column that helps advance him past other agents
