Well, I guess he's no longer a young lovable huggable type of guy...

Seriously though, I bet he had more fun in his 34 years than most people do in a 75+ year lifetime, so it's tough to feel bad.

If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have memories of walking up Christmas morning, opening up a new tape and putting my jeans on backwards. And it was awesome.

I remember my brother and I both wanting to wear our clothes backwards to school so we could be like Kriss Kross.

first Rose bowl win at the end of the 1980 season. I was a senior in High School in 80-81 and remember  John Wrangler at QB, WR Anthony Carter and Butch Woolfolk at RB. Bo nearly went undefeated this season. A close loss on the road against ND and a slight upset at home against SC. A few key plays could of won both games!

I loved them back in the day, that's such a shame.  I used to rock out my backwards jersey and sing "Jump" all the time back in junior high (I'm the same age as Chris).  Good memories, but sad to hear.

Awhile back, someone's post about Lil Wayne being hospitalized and near death was deleted, but this stands? Don't get me wrong, I think this is a perfectly fine OT post and have no issue with it. My issue is with the inconsistency of moderating. Your thoughts? Is Kris Kris's more relevant than Weezy?

Maybe a little walk down memory lane tonight.  Another throwback memory: I think I got it from Columbia house or BMG - one of those CD clubs where you sent in a penny and got to pick 8 CDs if you bought more at full price later.  Great way to stock up on things like DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, MC Hammer and Paula Abdul (for my sister!!!).

Whenever I moved as a youth I'd straight up gank those companies. Back then (90's) all they had was a check box that made you verify that you were 18 or older. I moved a lot so starting around 12 I'd get all those free cd's for a penny and I'd move and never hear about it (used random names) or the one time they contacted me and thought they "had me". Until they found out I was 14 and they wrote an apology to me! haha. Is theft cool? No. Would I do it today? No. Yet, it was the perfect era when the internet and/or proof beyond word of faith was scarce. Must have gotten over 100 cds I moved so much and I still have many of them.
