Gotta imagine it's Nyquist. I'm wondering if there's something wrong phsyically with Mursak. He used to be ahead of Emmerton and Nyquist in the pecking order.

I like Emmerton though. He's a horse. And Nyquist seems like a boom or bust type of guy. Tends to be out of position a lot, but he is also capable of creating scoring chances at any point. Good, young prospect.

From what I've read it will be either Conner or Nyquist. Nyquist has had some rookie mistakes but he played real well when Babcock put him on the first line with Datsyuk (but I guess Datsyuk can make anyone look good). Regardless, I hope we see Nyquist over Conner because we need the bigger body out there for this series.

I'm sorry but when I saw "Red Wing's Helm out for the playoffs" I read it "Red Wing's and Helm out OF the playoffs".

Perhaps given his importance to the team I did, unfortunately, read it correctly.

and clearly the hockey gods dislike Helm at the moment. Hope for a speedy recovery, ect.

Now we just have to see what happens with Weber. Is the NHL taking care of it, or are Bertuzzi and Kronwall?

Take a brutally fast and physical sport then give the participants bludgeons and strap knives to their feet and see what kind of injuries we can come up with.  Paul Pierce is fainting at the thought.
