OT: Red Wings go for NHL record tonight Open Thread
For those of you who don't know, the Detroit Red Wings are playing the Dallas Stars at the Joe for their 21st home win in a row at 7:30 EST.
An interesting discussion topic is whether or not they deserve this title based on the fact that the previous team to hold this record did so before overtime and shootouts existed in the regular season.

In he 22 years I've been alive, I've seen the Redwings accomplish some pretty amazing things, and this accomplishment is no different. Well done guys, now let's bring home lord stanleys cup!!!!
