PSU wins their 3rd straight championship. Congrats to PSU. Texas players will cry tears of unfathomable sadness.
OT-PSU Wins Volleyball for a 3-peat
I know what sport this is, but you might wanna specify that it's women's volleyball
EDIT: and now i look stupid because he changed the thread title
Or better yet, include pictures.
That was the most intense final two sets I've seen in years. Penn State didn't show up until game 3 already down 0-2. They looked horrible. They came out of the break and got a couple lucky breaks down the stretch. Their defense was phenomenal in set 4. Set 5 was so fucking close I was dying.
Had a great time on the open thread over at BON until some guy started talking about how "unacceptable" it was to lose when up 2-0. So hard not to get in a pointless internet flame war over that.
His team pushed Penn State to the brink in the greatest volleyball game I've seen in ages. Calls it unacceptable and an embarrassment.
the most unreasonable and out of touch fanbase in college sports.
Penn State only plays for non-NIT champignonships in one sport.
This one, the best Olympic sport.
How about Destinee Hooker? Cereal.
Where can I watch this? Will it be on BTN soon?
I'm pretty sure it's on ESPN360. I'm sure it'll be repeated sometime soon.
I watched a lot of the earlier rounds and have to admit--I quite often lost myself in having beautiful young female coeds who go 6'3 wrapping their legs around me.
Is that so wrong?
