Well damn, Pat Riley had a hell of a place.  Wonder if that place ever suffered hurricane damage, what with it being right on the water.

Any chance Pat Riley is selling this to Lebron at WAY below market value as a way to circumvent Lebron's "decreased" salary, as opposed to the max?  Just seems like a big, fat, piece of gray area if you think about it.  Just sayin'.

Seriously, every time I see a spread like this (could be any athlete's or movie star's), I want to call someone and have these people arrested. Whether it's Ozzy Osbourne or some rapper, they all have SHITTY taste. And why does everything have to be so fucking ginormous? You couldn't pay me enough money to live in a place like that. You know what else is wretchedly excessive? Mobile dog grooming. I hate that shit, too. If you want to have your poodle combed out, take him to the salon yourself.

just for the pizza oven in the kitchen.  Now, I'm not an expert on the topic, but isn't it true that once you buy a home in Florida, your hurricance insurance will not kick in until at least 30 days (or is it 90)?  Now we all know hurricane damage is tragic, but wouldn't it be Cleveland justice if a hurricane wrecked this crib before LoBron was able to get it insured.  But shit like that never works taht way for the mega rich.  The Heat probably got Charlie Crist to agree to waive such rules in order to land the exalted one in Florida.

That place is huge (And rightfully so can still only barely manage to house Lebron's ego, let alone Lebron himself)!

I think it's somewhat distasteful to wish a natural disaster to take out his house. Yes he is the bastard who bastardized Cleveland his hometown, but he is still human and has a family. Rooting against him in the upcoming season should be enough.

And yet Coral Gables wasnt on that list of "Best Places to Be Young and Rich" that someone posted awhile back. Guess LeBron won't be having much fun in his $50M mansion because some arbitrary ranking system said so!

LOL, wow.

If those comments were made here, the carnage from grammar-related negbanging would be historic!

Some of my favorites:

"lebon gon wake up and find delontay wess butt naked wit ah apron on in his kitchen makin spam and eggs for hisself and gloria!"

and

"holy shit
aint he gon b travellin a lot "

and

"damn i would juss love to take ah huge shet in lebon toilet juss to see how it feel! thazz tha real kings throne!"

so let's see live there where it is always sunny and on the water or mid-west east coast winters? hmmm ???

I know a home is a good investment but aren't there better options then to waste your money?
