know about "really good," but he probably has a couple of serviceable seasons left.  He provides the Pistons with a couple of things they did not have.  He is a stretch 3 who can do more than just shoot, he can defend, he can post, and he can score without really being a volume shooter.

I don't think it is a bad move, but Reggie Jackson is not going to resign, Augustine was playing at a pretty high level, and I am not sure how much of a difference acquiring Prince makes.  Long story short, the Pistons made a couple of moves, but I really don't see these as meaningful moves, from either a business or a competitive perspective.

I understand that he wants to test the market, but he's a RFA. A lot of scenarios are possible, but I doubt the Pistons make that move without being interested in signing him.

I'm on my phone-can someone find that highlight of Tay at Kentucky in the tourney when he hit 5 straight threes to start the game, the last one from about a step inside half court? That was the greatest 2 minute stretch I have seen!

I hope you enjoy him. He got traded to Boston a month ago, and was a good soldier who provided great minutes when given the time. He pretty much became Brad Stevens' binkie in about a week. But apparently they were either going to trade him to a more favorable situation or buy out his contract, so you got him at a nice price. Enjoy!
