I heard about Petoskey's own Bruce Wayne through an AP article this morning and knew I would have to go straight to the source for more information. The Petoskey News has the full story on their very own Caped Crusader. Enjoy:
OT: Petoskey Batman
Then every winter, I'm carrying 4 felonies in the back of my truck.
I don't understand how a sand bag is a dangerous and illegal weapon. Sand-filled gloves? These charges are a joke. Freeze Plus P (I looked it up) is essentially no different from pepper spray. I'm pretty sure he was arrested by the joker, as these charges are not so serious.
This is absolutely absurd. I can remember being stopped a couple of times while driving up North to go hunting and having a conversation with an officer about the benefits/drawbacks of the model of handgun I was carrying on my hip. Now, while my licsense made it a legal item to carry, I can't imagine how any of these are felony items.
Camo....you and i could share a cell then, cuz i would have about 20 years and 10,000 dollars worth of felonies in the back of my truck too!
I can't even imagine what I'd be put away for during hunting season!
The weapons charges are absurb, I'm with you by their reasoning I would be a lifetime resident of our penitentiary system.
I hope it has more to do with this being his 3rd offense...
I think they are trying to prosecute this guy because it's his 3rd offense. They caught him dressing up as The Crow before too.
needs an enema.
My guess is they are trumping up the charges so they can get enough on him to sentence him to psychiatric help. The poor guy clearly needs it.
Not much else going on in Petoskey. Have they started doing anything about that giant pit in downtown where they were planning on putting condos?
Was there for work a few weeks ago and saw that. Looked like an old stone quarry or something right in the middle of town. And no, there was absolutely nothing going on there.
That pit's been there since the Summer of 2008, and it was pretty old already the first time I rolled up to Petoskey.
about this guy seems to be his pit-stains. You'd think a guy with Bruce Waynes finances could score some right guard.
As a 2004 alumnus of Petoskey High School, I'm not sure whther to be ashamed, proud, frightened, or bemused. At the moment it's some of all of those.
Batman doesn't come to just any town, you know. Maybe Cat Woman moved to Harbor Springs, and he's trying to attract her attention.
have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?
I remember running through the wet grass, falling a step behind.
